Paid API subscriptions are processed by our third-party payment provider. When a speed test runs, we process and may store the test result together with technical details such as your IP address, the approximate geographic location derived from that IP address, your network or ISP, and your device or browser type. Running a speed test on our website does not require an account; accounts for the SpeedOf.Me API are available only to users 18 or older (see our Terms of Service). The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
