The top three sit within 0.5 Mbps of each other, which is where a common plan tier lands in a browser test rather than a real difference between them. Starlink and Viasat are satellite services: a single browser stream over a link with a long round trip measures well below the figures satellite operators quote, and the latency column shows why.
